Port and Texture Update of LE Mod

Good morning!

I am sending a link of a mod from Skyrim LE for boots that the mod author had invited others to update ages ago.

The form for commission doesn't include a selection for boots or some of the other variables needed to update these, so I'm leaving the link here as a general request for you to consider or as an invitation to update because you yourself like the mod and want to update it OR for a price quote if you don't lol.
